MATERNITY PICTURES

We just got our pictures back from the AMAZING India Earl Photography!! This girl, is my saving grace, because even tho me and Troy are pretty awkward she some how uses her photo shop ninja skills to make us look mature, beautiful, and much less awkward than usual! I was a little hesitant to even get maternity pictures, because I remember last year India and I where laying in mega bed in our apartment and talking non-stop about how weird taking pictures of your huge fat belly is!! So just a short year latter and I'm the weirdo with the huge fat belly, and suddenly I understood why everyone took maternity pictures! I just wanted pictures that showed how exciting and spiritual this time of our life is. So I called up India and she was very supportive, had lots of way good ideas for the shoot and convinced me they where going to be cute. So that brought us to the hard part, finding clothes! I'm pretty sure I bought every maternity shirt in Cache Valley because I had no idea what would look good, and India and Angie came over the night before the shoot and I did a fashion show for them.  They tried to tell me what they thought would look best... but the funny thing is, even after all those maternity clothes I ended up just borrowing some baggy sweaters India had in her closet, and they actually fit better than the maternity stuff!! I bet she has a huge belly stretch mark in all of her clothes now, but that's just another reason she's like the best person ever!! And you might think dressing a 50 pound heavier than usual me would be a lot harder than dressing normal sized Troy, but you would be wrong... for fear of a marital dispute we won't get into that but lets just say he was not very happy when I walked in the door with 6 bags of clothes for him to try on, none of which where his "normal style." But we all finally agreed on some stuff then headed into the mountains to take them... it was fun and they turned out so beautiful! I just love my cute little family, I can't wait for our little boohaw to arrive, and I am so grateful for amazing friends that support me like India and Angie (The shoots/stylist/helper/holder/and little shorty).

The day after we found out we where having a girl I ran off and bought these adorable green hipster booties... we're pretty excited for her to wear them!

This one is one is Troy's favorite!

After all the beautiful mountain pics, we headed home, sent Troy away and took some cozy indoor mommy/belly ones... the lighting and everything is gorgeous! Seriously, I can not brag about India enough!!! She is amazing! Also she did my hair, which was a pretty impressive feat!

And of course, just for good measure we had to get at least one of the belly button, we officially are the weirdos we talked about a year ago!! ;)
